206 units closed in December 2016 up 13.2% compared to November 2016, up 7.3% compared to last year.
Homes placed under contract were 169 units – down 10.1% compared to November and down 4% compared to December of 2015.
Based on closed sales there is a 7 months supply of inventory in that price band. If you look at the months of inventory based upon pending sales there are 8.5 months. Either way – it’s a BUYER’S MARKET!
